Across Germany, Nespresso Boutiques serve as experiential spaces where customers can discover, taste, and connect with the brand’s world of premium coffee.
Driven by its ongoing commitment to sustainability, Nespresso Germany launched an initiative to raise awareness of its recycling and circular economy efforts, showing that the capsules’ value goes far beyond exceptional coffee — they are also a key part of an environmentally conscious production cycle.
Nespresso wanted to communicate the story behind its sustainability journey — the recycling of aluminum capsules and the transformation of coffee grounds into new resources. However, translating this message into an engaging, educational, and visually appealing experience for customers required more than traditional marketing tools.
The challenge was to create an interactive, immersive way for people to understand how recycling is woven into Nespresso’s DNA — all while maintaining the premium, design-driven feel that defines the brand.
At the same time, Nespresso sought to enhance its digital visibility by improving how customers discover and interact with its boutiques across Germany, especially on Google Maps and Google Business View.
That’s where 360INT’s innovation and precision came into play.
As part of Nespresso Germany’s national recycling campaign, 360INT created a series of immersive 3D Virtual Tours across multiple Nespresso Boutiques in Germany. These digital experiences invited visitors to explore the boutiques virtually — discovering not only the coffee tasting experience but also the behind-the-scenes story of Nespresso’s recycling process.
Through the 3D tours, customers could see how used capsules are collected, repurposed, and transformed into new products — highlighting the fact that Nespresso capsules aren’t just valuable for their flavor, but also for their contribution to a sustainable future.
Using Matterport 3D technology, each boutique was captured in high definition and enhanced through 360INT’s post-production refinement process to ensure perfect lighting, premium presentation, and seamless user navigation — fully reflecting Nespresso’s brand aesthetics.
In addition, as a Google Street View Trusted Agency, 360INT integrated all 360° imagery directly into Nespresso’s Google My Business profiles. This allowed customers searching for nearby boutiques to virtually step inside via Google Maps’ Business View, experiencing the space even before visiting in person.
