The restaurant’s vibrant interiors, handmade details, and terrace overlooking one of the world’s most famous landmarks make it a must-visit destination for locals, tourists, and luxury diners alike.
Dubai’s dining scene is one of the most competitive in the world — with hundreds of high-end restaurants vying for attention in both physical and digital spaces. For Tulum Restaurant, the challenge was not just to showcase its menu, but to convey the experience: the textures, sounds, and sights that make dining there unforgettable.
Traditional photography and social media posts couldn’t fully capture the energy of the restaurant’s setting — the glow of the fountains, the lively music, and the artistry behind every dish. Additionally, the management wanted to use this digital presentation as a premium marketing tool — both to attract diners and to showcase the venue’s potential for exclusive events, private dinners, and brand collaborations.

By using advanced Matterport 3D scanning combined with 360INT’s signature post-production enhancements, every detail — from ambient lighting to the reflective surfaces of the fountains outside — was refined to capture the emotion and elegance of the setting.
The virtual experience allows guests to walk through the restaurant online, discover its design and ambiance, and even choose their ideal table with a view. The 3D tour was integrated into Tulum’s Google Maps and digital marketing campaigns, helping the brand stand out in online searches and reservations — right where customers make their dining decisions.
Beyond attracting guests, the tour also became a powerful presentation tool for events and collaborations, helping Tulum communicate its unique value to partners, brands, and media.
